Snapdragon Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is much better than Exynos February 27, 2022by Martin 6 Samsung updates its flagship series of smartphones every year, and every year there is always a controversial issue: which is better, Snapdragon or Exynos? Exynos is the company's in-house chipset that powers some of its phones every year, though Europe is almost always the one region that gets the Exynos chip. The US tends to get the Snapdragon chip, and then every other region gets the same chipset. This year, India got the Snapdragon chip for the first time in the Samsung Galaxy S22 series, and like clockwork, Europe got the Exynos. As we mentioned, it seems that the retail units of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra have serious problems.
There were flickering issues with the display that have C Level Executive List since been resolved, and performance issues as well. After publishing our article, I had many consumers contact me on Twitter saying that they were having similar problems with their Exynos S22 devices. I have even seen some users saying that it has gotten worse since the last update. I've just managed to get my hands on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 -Galaxy S22 Ultra unit supplied by Samsung PR in the US, and I've tested it against my retail unit bought directly from Samsung Ireland . The results are likely to be what you expected.
